India has enormous credit demand. The opportunity is to create a more connected and intelligent ecosystem around that demand.
That single point of friction became the founding thesis of CreditBucket. Not a metaphor borrowed for a pitch deck — the literal, personal experience of being qualified and still shut out, for want of a system that could see him as fundable. It's the same experience 75% of India's rural MSMEs have with formal credit today: not a lack of merit, a lack of routing.
Suman spent the years since building the on-ground answer to that problem. He built the Samriddh Kendra network from nothing into a phygital distribution engine spanning Bihar, Jharkhand and surrounding states — 400+ trained Samriddh Saathis, working in markets no purely digital lender reaches. Before founding CreditBucket, he led on-ground merchant and borrower acquisition for national banking and payments networks, which is where he learned the distribution and trust-building mechanics that a credit product actually depends on. That operating experience is also what unlocked CreditBucket's own lending distribution relationships with 20+ banks and NBFCs — not cold outreach, but credibility earned market by market.
Avinash's career runs from the foundational era of enterprise computing — relational database systems, enterprise applications, and India's early internet infrastructure — through decades of corporate finance leadership, including cross-state manufacturing operations and compliance oversight. That combination is unusual: most technologists his generation didn't stay hands-on with finance, and most finance leaders didn't stay close to systems architecture. He did both.
At CreditBucket, that dual background shows up directly — in product architecture decisions, in financial governance, and in the mentorship relationships that connect the company to India's top incubation ecosystems. He is an active angel investor and mentor within Startup India MAARG, the MeitY Hub, and the E-Cell at IIT Bombay, which is also where much of CreditBucket's own institutional credibility has been built.

This philosophy represents our belief that technology should ultimately contribute to stronger financial journeys and broader economic prosperity.
We are investing in technology, institutional relationships and innovation to build a stronger foundation for the future of credit. What matters is the direction:
